Introducing the T-MODE Cherry Blossom Cruise Cosplay Fashion Show

Show off your cosplay and win prizes in the T-MODE Cherry Blossom Cruise Cosplay Fashion Show & Contest!

Tranquil Ashes, our Featured Cosplayer for T-MODE Cherry Blossom Cruise 2023, will host the Cosplay Fashion Show and will also judge the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place winners. Prizes include a quick photo session with our professional photographer during the cruise!

Time & Location

The show starts at 1:00 PM on the 2nd Deck. Participants will be required to line up about 10 minutes before showtime.

Who Can Enter

The Cosplay Fashion Show is open to anyone attending the cruise who wants to participate - handcrafted cosplay, commissioned cosplay, store bought cosplay, closet/casual cosplay, lolita, street fashion, traditional clothing, original designs, etc. We want to give everyone the chance to have their work highlighted and appreciated, whether you’re cosplaying for the first time or many times.

How To Enter

No need to pre-register. Participants only have to submit a quick entry card during the cruise prior to the start of the show.

Contest Judging

This is about having fun and showing off your look! Participants will NOT be judged on craftsmanship and do not need to bring reference material. Your entry will be reviewed for judging by our Featured Cosplayer when it’s your turn to walk in the show.

Awards

Prizes will be handed out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place at the sole discretion of our Featured Cosplayer.

Cosplay Guidelines

Due to space limitations of the Cherry Blossom Riverboat, oversized cosplay will not be allowed. All cosplay must be able to easily fit through narrow doorways and walkways. As the event takes place in a family-friendly area, please make sure to maintain appropriate coverage of “naughty bits” at all times and that coverage is sufficient while walking, sitting, and standing. Large props and prop weaponry of any kind are not permitted. Please do not bring them.
