T-MODE Kawaii Cruise 2024 Postponed to April 2025
Due to extenuating circumstances, T-MODE Kawaii Cruise 2024 is postponed. The new date for the cruise is April 5, 2025.
This is a decision we didn’t make lightly, but was necessary in order to deliver the event you expect and then some.
IF YOU HAVE NOT PURCHASED TICKETS
You now have more time to attend the cruise! The ticket window will be extended to adjust to the new 2025 date. We’re also resetting our Early Bird tickets to continue until the end of this year.
IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED TICKETS
You have two options available:
Request a FULL refund.
Roll your 2024 ticket over to the new April 5, 2025 date.
We want to make things as fair as possible to those who previously purchased tickets. If you purchased General Admission, Kawaii Crew Admission, or Last Chance Admission tickets and choose to rollover to the April 5, 2025 date, you will receive a partial refund for the amount above the Early Bird Admission rate.
Ticket purchasers will be emailed directly to confirm either their rollover or refund request. Please allow up to 4 weeks to process any full or partial refunds.
